The Rainy Dirty Water on the Road : Who's responsible?

Day before yesterday, it was a rainy day and on the road where my home is situated, a lot of water was gathered and there was a great scene. I took photographs of such different kind of scenes like person preparing himself for going in rain, Rickshaw puller in gathered water, School going students, and scenes of the floody water, Motor Cycle in the rainy water, vegetable seller etc. See and think, what is the fault of the people living in such areas? This is the area of School Road of Jagadhri; The Metal City where the water gathers from all sides and takes the time about two to three hours to subside. The government is planning for upliftment (about 6’ high from the bottom level of old road) of the bye-pass roads and due to this whole the rainy water is gathering in the city. The houses which are located beside the Bilaspur-Byepass road for the last more than ten years, what is the fault of their owners? Whenever it rains, the rainy water enters into their houses and these houses are having Cost in Rs. Crores also. This is a pre-planned plot of the Government for downgrading the rates of these properties situated nearby the Bilaspur-Byepass Road, Jagadhri.

Electricity Problem : The Reality or Political Stunt

Nowadays, in our Jagadhri City, all the persons are suffering from electricity crisis. There are a huge number of unannounced power cuts in this area. There is no regular schedule of power coming and no time of power cut and not limit of time are declared for these cuts. Electricity is available for 10 to 15 minutes and fails for more than one hour to two hours or more than it. All of the people are suffering from this problem. Today, there is no way to live without electricity. This is the examination period and students are facing such kind of problem. They are terrified because there is no power then how they can read in night? Even they have learnt whole the year but if there is no revision, the graph of marks will fall down. Not only this, the persons who are not having any funds for Generators or Invertors, what they can do? According to my notion, they should pass away because Government is doing nothing for them. This government can provide all the facilities to those, who are the kith & kin of government or having government job or having rights to void the rules or having relations with the big guns of the district. A labour class person who is working on daily wages, what he wants? Only bread & butter of two times and a joyful sleep, but if there is no electricity in this hot season, how he can sleep when mosquitoes are wandering here and there in his home and moreover, how he will get freshness for the working in next day?

Even this city has Deen Bandhu Sir Chhotu Ram Thermal Power Plant then what is the benefit of this plant? If the complete power production by this plant is supplied to the other states by our Chief Minister, then why this plant has been established? Why government is spending more and more money on these types of plants? Why government is providing jobs for these kinds of plants? The only and only reason behind it is to get black money from public and eating currency from the state budget and eating money for providing job. They are creating corruption. If plants are established on the land of our state, firstly, the state public has the right on the electricity produced by it. If extra electricity is remains then it should be sold to other state.

Our state is facing the problem of electricity. Electronic goods, Mobile Phones, Bulbs, Tube-lights, Ceiling fans, Coolers, Stone-crashers, Photocopier Machines, Computer Job Work, Educational Situation, Kindles, Oven, Refrigerators, Various Factory Machines etc. are depending upon the electricity. And in our city, it has declared that the Utensil Bazaar and Ply-board Bazaar is the largest bazaar of Asia. But if there will be no power, how these plants may survive? Due to the lack of electricity, the vegetables are also having food poisoning; a number of diseases are spreading their net. A poor person, who is already fighting with his daily routine, now he should also be ready to fight with diseases and with the heavy bills of doctors.

I want to ask from the government, why our government is not looking after the people in right way? Why the government is not paying attention towards the problems of the people? Why the government has made a number of Power Plants in Haryana? If the plants are closed on account of the lack of Coal, then why that were made of ‘coal producing electricity type’ and why not with ‘water type’ (Turbine)? Why government is disbursing the salary among the employees of these plants? They should be shifted to any other department and the power plants should be closed permanently. Why should the Public bear the expenditure of these plants? If people are paying their electricity bill regularly, then why don’t they get electricity in an adequate manner? I know that there is no answer of these questions and hence, I am giving the answer of these questions, which is – Bureaucracy. All of the Officials are doing that, what they want. There is no control over them. From a peon to C.M., all are the chips of the same block. Then how, these problems can be removed? They are filling their pockets with money. They should have all types of facilities; either public will go to hell.

Brij ki Holi V/S. Open Gundagardi or Scoundrel-ness (Badmashi)

My blog is all about my personal live experiences and what I am observing, that is posted on my blog, whether my experience is good or bad.  Before this, I wrote about a number of my good experience because I faced them very nicely but this is the not only bad but worse or worst experience.  I had heard about the Holi at Varindavana.  I had heard about the various aspects of Holi and I got excited to play the Holi with “Banke Bihari” but I found there a lot of gundagardi in the name of “Lord Banke Bihari”.  Most of the Brijwasi persons are teasing girls and women and touching them here and there while putting colour upon them.  There was only open gundagardi in the name of Lord/God, Bhakti and mythology was absent there.  I have no words to explain about the Holi Festival.  There was no arrangement of Police.  And outside of the Temple, only a board was hanging written upon it “This is a Private Temple”.  If this is a private temple, then why are you showing Lord as a Show Piece.  I saw a lot of business in the name of Lord Banke Bihari.  Pandas and Pujaris of the temple were also putting the colours only on ladies (girls and women).  They have made a great underworld in the temple premises.  All kind of arrangement was nil.  A huge crowd of dirty and scoundrel people were attacking on the ladies.  They were wandering here and there as a thirsty dog which is always in search of Objects [shikaar (ladies)].  If anyone is speaking to them, they says : “This is U.P. (Uttar Pradesh), go away otherwise you will be killed and also this is the area of ours, your dead body will not be arranged by your relatives.”  I really shocked by hearing these kind of words.

 

I personally saw from my lodge that a person along with his wife and one year old baby was passing through the street nearby Banke Bihari temple and about 5 to 6 boys came and put the bucket of colour only upon his wife and his one year old baby.  When he refused them to do so, they started beating him very cruel-fully. Not only this, some persons were putting hands upon the breasts of the ladies.  Some were trying to pushing the cheeks of the ladies and saying : “Yeh Brij ki Holi Hai, Radhe Radhe.”

When we entered into the Temple of “Lord Banke Bihari”, the local public (Brijwasis) were entering there like Mad [Pagal] dogs.  They were forcefully entering into the premises of temple by  pulling down the people of other states especially ladies.  At that moment, a large no. of ladies and girls were fall down and the mad people crowd passed upon them.  I also fall down and with a lot of hardwork I escaped from the temple.  At the door of temple, only two policemen were appointed and they were refusing the local persons (Brijwasis) for flying colour in the premises of the temple.  No one was able to see the statue of Lord Baanke Bihari.

In the streets also very bad condition.  The Brijwasi persons were wandering here and there as a Mad Bull and showing their full scoundrel nature and gundagardi.

I didn’t find any Lord there but found only scoundrel, Gunde and Mawali type of persons.  The persons of other states and various tourists were as a leaf of bread for them.  If they have a right, they must kill all the visitors.

With very sad hearted I left Varindavan and went to Barsana.  There was nothing like this.  I found a great calm and peace there.  I got happy that the persons of this area are good.  I made a circle journey (Parikrama) of Barsana and visited the temple of Bhagwati Radha “Shree Ji”.  I attended the Aarti Sabha in the temple premises and started our journey to “Shri Giri Raj ji” or “Shri Govardhan Ji”. 

After night stay at Govardhan, we started the Parikrama of Shri Govardhan ji in our car.  Here the great Scoundrels (gundas) were wandering here and there.  As like in Varindavan, whole of the persons were of same natured.  Most of the persons were gundas.  They were also wandering as  Mad Pig and ready to eat everything.  Many of the persons of Brij were found (Lady Killer) Auratkhor in my sight.  They were not only putting the colours upon the ladies and gents but also putting mud upon them.  They were abusing the persons of other states.  Moreover, they bared a person who was making parikrama of Shri Giri Raj Ji and robbed or looted his money.  Not only this, they looted his ATM Card also. 

A person of Sawaran Caste was also caught by them and they had broken the glasses and mirrors of his Swift Car and put the mud on car and the seats of car.

In short, I can say very bad experience.
